What type of exercise does this involve? Sudbury Kettlebell Club's kettlebell challenge is designed to give you a total body workout. Classes will include kettlebells (of course) running / walking, partner exercises, metabolic challenges, creative resistance training, circuit training and much more!

Is this Challenge right for me? Yes! This is for all fitness levels and abilities. If you are committed to getting healthier and fit, this is the challenge for you. You will find a happier, healthier version of yourself at the end of the six weeks! 

What type of results can I expect?  You will have increased strength and cardiovascular endurance, and you will leave here a happier self!

What do I bring? Please bring water, running shoes, layers of clothing, and a positive and eager attitude!

Kettlebell Intro Session
No matter your experience with kettlebells beginner to advance all of our members take part in our intro classes.

These intro session are set up to give you the most success right from the start of your time at the Sudbury Kettlebell Club.

Each session you will learn specific kettlebell based warm-ups and accessory drills in order to increase your skill level in the various movements.We will focus on the following basic movements:
  • Swing (Two Hand and One Hand)
  • Squat (bodyweight and Goblet Squat )
  • Clean
  • Press, Push Press
  • Snatch
  • Turkish Get Up

The two part intro take place March 5 and 7 at 7pm. These two session MUST be completed prior to attending a class. If your unable to make these times please email caztaback@vitachiropractic.ca to arrange a time.
CLASS SCHEDULE 
March 5 until April 13
Monday 6:00AM, 6:45AM, 12:15PM, 6:00PM
Wednesday 6:00AM, 6:45AM, 12:15PM, 6:00PM
Friday 6:00AM, 6:45AM, 12:15PM, 5:30PM
You are not locked into any one class time. You may attend any class on a given day that fits your time
