FAQs
What type of exercise does this involve? Sudbury Kettlebell Club's kettlebell challenge is designed to give you a total body workout. Classes will include kettlebells (of course), bodyweight and circuit training and much more!

Is this right for me? Yes! This is for all fitness levels and abilities. If you are committed to getting healthier and fit, this is the challenge for you. You will find a happier, healthier version of yourself at the end of the six weeks! 

What type of results can I expect?  You will have increased strength and cardiovascular endurance, and you will leave here a happier self!

What do I bring? Please bring water, running shoes, clothing to workout in, and a positive and eager attitude!
Kettlebell Intro Session
No matter your experience with kettlebells beginner to advance all of our members take part in our intro classes.

These intro session set you up to give you the most success right from the start of your time at the Sudbury Kettlebell Club.

Each session you will learn specific kettlebell based warm-ups and accessory drills in order to increase your skill level in the various movements.We will focus on the following basic movements:
  • Swing (Two Hand and One Hand)
  • Squat (bodyweight and Goblet Squat )
  • Clean
  • Press, Push Press
  • Snatch
  • Turkish Get Up

The two part intro take place TUESDAY JANUARY 12 and THURSDAY JANUARY 14 at 7pm (60MIN). These two session MUST be completed prior to attending classes. If your unable to make these days or times please email Caz,  info@sudburykettlebellclub.com for another option.
CLASS SCHEDULE (45MIN)

Monday 6:00AM, 12:15PM, 6:00PM
Tuesday 6:00AM, 12:15PM, 6:00PM
Wednesday 6:00AM, 6:45AM, 12:15PM, 6:00PM
Thursday NO CLASSES
Friday 6:00AM, 12:15PM, 5:30PM

*You are not locked into any one class time. You may attend any class on a given day that fits your time

*Classes are limited to 6 people. You must sign into class at least 2 hours prior. Via App or online
*If you are unable to attend a class you signed up for you must remove yourself from the class at least 2 hours before. Otherwise you lose the class


Please note there is no refunds, holds or credits for missed days. ​
At the end of the 30 days (FEBRUARY 11, 2021) you will be automatically enrolled into our monthly unlimited membership ($140+tax/month).
