The kettlebell is more than just the swing. This versatile tool can be used for a number of exercises and supplements to any current program. Once you have master the hip hinge your eyes will be opened to a whole other way to use the kettelbell.

In this 4hr workshop you will learn:
- The Swing and variations 
- The Clean
- The Press series 
- The Snatch
- The Turkish Get Up
- The Windmill
- Double kettlebell work
