About Kelsey 

“A regular yoga practice (started in 2011) has been my greatest teacher and healer. It’s challenging, restful, playful, insightful as needed, and it always brings me a little bit closer to my centre. Although my practice is constantly changing and evolving with me, there is always a strong underlying presence of stillness and loving-kindness, of knowledgeable alignment and deep, conscious breath that I believe shines through my offerings as a yoga instructor.”


Each week will have a different  focus

Week 1 : Breath, Core, and Intro to Flow
Learning the basic shapes and breath-techniques to cultivate both strength and stillness in our practice.

Weeks 2 and 3 : Shoulders and Hips
Building on the principles of Week 1 to establish strength and freedom in the shoulders and hips.

Week 4 : Balancing Poses
Finding a stable center in a wobbly world requires equal parts focused concentration and light-heartedness!

Weeks 5 and 6 : Integration
No new poses or content. Pure bliss…
Allowing our practice to naturally transform into a moving meditation.
